These Terms govern your use of the Taknea Solutions website and general online content. They do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work, service agreement, non-disclosure agreement, or other written contract for a client engagement.

If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms in relation to a paid project, the separate agreement controls for that project.

You may use the website for lawful informational and business purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or infrastructure.
• Interfere with website availability, security controls, or normal operation.
• Use automated methods in a way that creates unreasonable load or violates applicable law.

Website descriptions, timelines, examples, service pages, and project discussions are general information unless incorporated into a written agreement. A project becomes binding only under the terms agreed by the relevant parties.

Scope, price, schedule, deliverables, acceptance criteria, ownership, support, third-party costs, and payment terms should be defined in the applicable project agreement or proposal.

You are responsible for having the right to provide the information, files, links, credentials, content, or materials you submit to us. Do not send highly sensitive credentials, secrets, or confidential information through a general website form unless an appropriate secure method or agreement has been established.

Project and application submissions are handled according to our Privacy Policy and any separate confidentiality obligations that apply.

Unless otherwise stated, the Taknea Solutions website, brand assets, original copy, and original website design are owned by Taknea Solutions or used with permission. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected website material without authorization.

Ownership of client deliverables, source code, designs, third-party software, open-source components, and pre-existing materials is determined by the applicable project agreement and relevant licenses.

The website may reference or connect to third-party websites, platforms, libraries, APIs, cloud providers, payment services, AI providers, or other technology. Their availability, terms, pricing, security, and privacy practices are controlled by those third parties, not by Taknea Solutions.

We may update, change, suspend, or remove website content or functionality. We do not guarantee that the public website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location or on every device.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and general informational content are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Specific client warranties, service levels, or remedies apply only when agreed in writing.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Taknea Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising solely from use of the public website or reliance on general website content. Liability relating to a paid client engagement is governed by the applicable written agreement and mandatory law.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these website Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory rights or rules that apply. Disputes will be handled by courts or other forums with lawful jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms as the website or business changes. The date shown on this page identifies the current version.
